Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or fill out a booking request. Choose a time that works for you, let us know of any special requests, and we’ll handle the rest!

We currently offer free pickup and delivery within 15 miles of our location in New Paris, OH. This includes areas in Richmond, Eaton, Fountain City, Centerville, and anywhere in between. Any further pickup/delivery is priced at $1/mile. If you’re unsure if you are located within our free service area please reach out- we’re more than happy to find out for you!

Yes! We can handle larger household items. Pricing may vary depending on size, so feel free to reach out for a quote.

We aim to keep this process as simple as possible from start to finish. Upon delivery, an invoice will be sent to your email giving you the ability to pay for your service with just a few clicks. We also accept cash; arrangements will be made on an individual basis.

Not at all! We offer contactless pickup and delivery options. Just let us know where to safely pickup and drop off your laundry.

We take great care to deliver the cleanest, freshest possible laundry back to your door. However, some stains and wear are permanent. Due to this, no refunds will be given for stains or worn clothes. If you believe any damages occurred due to servicing, please reach out and I would be more than happy to find a resolution. For any further questions please refer to our detailed ‘Terms and Conditions’.
