Services Provided
Launder in Love offers a laundry service consisting of pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery . We strive to provide high-quality care for all garments and household items.
Booking & Scheduling
All services must be scheduled in advance.
Pickup and delivery times are provided as estimated windows. However, I will contact you to the best of my ability if my pickup or delivery time will be anything other than your confirmed time.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, emergencies. etc.)
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on service type, load size, and any add-ons.
Payment is due upon delivery - invoice should be paid no later than 24 hours after notification of delivery.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the load size or service differs from what was originally booked.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours unless otherwise stated.
Delays may occur due to high volume or unforeseen circumstances, and customers will be notified if delays occur.
Laundry Care & Responsibility
Items are washed and dried according to care labels and best judgement (label missing, heavily worn item, delicate items, etc.).
While we do our best to check for & avoid these, we are not responsible for:
damage due to normal wear and tear
color bleeding or shrinking
items left in pockets (pens, gum, chapstick, etc.)
Customers are responsible for checking pockets prior to pickup.
Stains & Damage
While we do our best to treat stains, stain removal is not guaranteed
Pre-existing damage (rips, loose threads, etc.) may worsen during normal washing and drying - we are not liable for such damage.
Prohibited Items
Customers agree not to include the following items in their laundry:
hazardous materials (chemicals, flammable items)
heavily soiled items with bodily fluids (unless previously discussed and approved)
items requiring dry cleaning unless agreed upon in advance
We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or inappropriate items.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event of a loss or damage caused by our service, liable is limited to fair market value, not replacement cost.
Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Pickup & Delivery
Customers must provide a safe and accessible location for pickup and drop-off. We reserve the right to refuse pickup & delivery options if a safe location is not provided.
We are not responsible for items left unattended after delivery if contactless drop-off is requested.
Communication & Privacy
By booking with Launder in Love, you agree to receive communication regarding your service (confirmation, updates, etc.) via text, call, or email.
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used for booking, communication, and service fulfillment. We do not share your information with third parties.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments will be rescheduled as available, and we can not guarantee your preferred reschedule time.
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
Changes to Terms & Agreement
Launder in Love reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any change to these Terms and Conditions.
By booking a service with Launder in Love, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
